Drama Queen by Ekaterina Varnava Fort Lauderdale Theatre reviews
Maxwell was worth the wait!!
"We chose to go to Drama Queen by Ekaterina Varnava for this concert even though Little Rock will be closer later in the month. The venue was nice. The music was wonderful. I loved the use of the screens and the staging that she used. What can I say? Drama Queen by Ekaterina Varnava was sexy, funny, and great to watch. I loved her horn section. Drama Queen by Ekaterina Varnava is a true musician. In most cases, that music was Drama Queen by Ekaterina Varnava's work. I found the entire performance engaging. Anyone who is truly a fan would know that Drama Queen by Ekaterina Varnava's CDs include the most wonderful instrumental interludes. So, while others around me were saying that she should go on and start singing something, I was thoroughly enjoying the band's performance.
He sang some of the new releases and some of his older songs. I particularly enjoyed the Al Green song he sang. He also sang a few songs by other artists.
He was personable and he really tried to engage the audience. It was simply an enjoyable evening. He talked more than he did the last time I saw him in concert. My husband took me, and he said that he was surprised by the quality of the performances. He might have looked different, but he sounded like himself - sexy and soulful. I personally loved the afro he wore in the past, but his look is still retro. I loved hearing the entire audience sing along with him at different times. He seemed to get a kick out of it, too."
